Vision

Our vision at SIA is to empower students to acquire, demonstrate, articulate and value knowledge and skills that will support them, as life-long learners in a holistic environment, to participate in and contribute to the global world and practice the core values of the school: respect, tolerance & inclusion, with excellence. We, at Schole, believe in providing our students our students with local and global experiences through International Mindedness as our central belief, towards a peaceful and sustainable future.

Our vision for the school is at the heart of all that we hope to achieve at SIA. As our main purpose is to create lifelong learners, we have defined learning as follows:

“The acquisition, retention and application of knowledge and skills through explanation, experimentation or experience which leads to a transformation of thinking, increased capability and behavioral change in the future.

Our Mission

Our mission statement explains how we intend to go about transforming our vision into reality. It is to enable all learners’ access to learning through the provision of:

  • Enriching, engaging resources

What is Schole?

Schole is a Greek word for leisure as well as the root of Latin scola, meaning English school. Hence, it has come to stand for a combined definition of an institution of education that imparts leisure; providing education, relaxation and intellectual stimulation and satisfaction.

Making Difference

Schole is different because emphasis is on the child’s learning. The students will be provided into a state of critical thinking, analysis and in-depth inquiry. Students will be encouraged to explore and investigate every topic from origin to reason with questions, research, creativity, oral, written and visual language, be it musical, theoretical or pictorial.
